Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers promotion purchases on AGMAN: promotion stakes and purchased Pulses. Everything else on AGMAN is free, so there is nothing else to refund. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record; approved refunds go back to the original payment method through them.

1. No subscriptions

Promotion is bought one payment at a time. Nothing renews automatically and there is nothing to cancel. A promotion stake counts for 30 days from payment; purchased Pulses count until the end of the current UTC day.

2. When you get a full refund

  • You were charged twice, or charged an amount you did not approve.
  • You paid but the promotion was never applied to your listing.
  • You ask within 24 hours of paying for a promotion stake and the listing has not yet appeared in Spotlight or Boosted.

3. When you get a partial refund

  • Promoted placement was unavailable for more than 24 hours in a row because of a fault on our side: we refund the unused days on a pro-rata basis, or extend the promotion if you prefer.
  • We remove your listing for a reason that is not a breach of our terms (for example, we discontinue a category): we refund the unused days.

4. When refunds are not given

  • Promotion that has already run, including placement that moved down because other listings promoted more. Position is not guaranteed.
  • Purchased Pulses after the day they were bought for has started counting them.
  • Listings removed or suspended for breaking the Terms, Publisher Terms or Listing Guidelines.
  • Dissatisfaction with traffic, clicks or sales, which we never guarantee.

Nothing here reduces rights you have under consumer law where you live. If you are a consumer and the law gives you a right to cancel, that right applies.

5. How to ask

Send a request through the support form with the listing, the payment date and the reason, within 30 days of payment. We reply within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued by Dodo Payments and usually reach you within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

When a payment is refunded, the promotion it paid for stops counting straight away. Please contact us before opening a chargeback - it is usually faster.
