Publisher Terms

These terms apply when you publish, claim or manage a listing on AGMAN. They add to the Terms of Service. You accept them for each listing when you publish it; we record the version you accepted, when, and for which listing.

1. Your promises

When you publish or claim a listing you confirm:

I own or am authorised to represent this listing, and its content is accurate and does not infringe anyone's rights. I agree to the AGMAN Terms of Service and Publisher Terms.

In practice that means:

  • you own what you list, or you are authorised by its owner (for example as an employee or agency);
  • names, descriptions, prices, locations and claims are true and kept up to date;
  • you have the rights to every logo, image and text you upload;
  • the links go where the listing says, and are safe;
  • the listing follows the Listing Guidelines.

2. You keep ownership

Your content stays yours. We need a licence to operate AGMAN: you allow us to host, store, reproduce, format, resize, translate the layout of, and display your listing on AGMAN, including in search, categories, collections, share previews and our own features, for as long as it is published and for a reasonable period afterwards to remove cached copies.

3. Promotion by AGMAN

AGMAN grows by showing people useful listings. When you publish, you also agree:

I grant AGMAN a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, format, excerpt and share this public listing (including its name, description, logo and images) on AGMAN and in AGMAN-owned newsletters, social media and marketing, to help people discover it and to promote AGMAN. I can stop use outside the AGMAN website at any time from my dashboard; already-published posts may remain.
  • This covers public listing content only - never your email address, private messages, analytics or account data.
  • We may create cards, excerpts, screenshots and short descriptions from the listing, and tag or link to its public profiles.
  • We will not suggest you endorse AGMAN or anything else, and we will not change what your listing says.
  • It is free both ways: we do not pay for this use and you do not pay for it.
  • You can turn off use outside agman.app at any time: Dashboard → your listing → Share → Promotion by AGMAN. We stop new use; posts already published may stay up, and we will remove a specific one on request where the platform allows.
  • This is separate from marketing emails. We only send you marketing email if you opt in separately; transactional emails about your account and listings are not marketing.

4. Review, editing and removal

  • Listings pass automated checks. If something is flagged, a person reviews it before it goes public.
  • We may correct formatting, categories or obvious errors, and may unpublish or remove a listing that breaks these terms, the guidelines or the law, or that receives a valid complaint.
  • You can edit or ask us to remove your listing at any time.
  • If someone else shows they are the rightful owner of a listing you published, we may transfer or remove it.

5. Inquiries you receive

People can contact you through your listing. Use their details only to reply to them and not for unrelated marketing. Report abusive messages through the support form.

6. Responsibility for claims

You are responsible for your listing and what you offer through it. If a third party makes a claim against AGMAN because your listing infringed their rights or broke the law, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of dealing with it, to the extent the law allows.

7. Versions

Current versions: publisher terms 2026-09-24, promotional-use licence 2026-09-24. If we change these terms materially, we will ask you to accept the new version for your listings; until then the version you accepted applies.
